Step 1 - Before applying this product to the face, it is recommended to apply a small amount of the Arbutin Brightening Cream Serum directly behind your ear or on your inner jawline for two consecutive nights. Because the formula contains concentrated levels of Alpha Arbutin and Tranexamic Acid, this helps ensure the skin barrier does not experience an allergic reaction, itching, or significant redness. If the skin responds with bumps or irritation, stop immediately; otherwise, you risk triggering post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) over a wider area.

Step 2 - Do not rush into daily use. For the first two weeks, apply the serum just 2 to 3 nights per week on completely dry, cleansed skin. Tip: Applying high-percentage actives to damp skin makes them absorb too quickly, which can cause stinging. Let your face dry completely first!
