How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Please check our current promotions at checkout for the latest offer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I know which products are right for me?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened products. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at a@aurapuresupport.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and are encrypted with SSL technology. We never store your card details.
