Refund & Returns Policy
At AuraPure, we take great pride in the quality of our skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer money back guarantee if no results are seen or accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, sealed and unopened
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival after 30 days.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at a@aurapuresupport.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo if the item is damaged or faulty
Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us at a@aurapuresupport.co.uk with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider. If you still have concerns, contact us at a@aurapuresupport.co.uk and we'll investigate promptly.
